North Star is a boutique design consultancy led by Nina Jurcic,
a multidisciplinary designer and design manager based in the capital of cool, Berlin.
Nina brings a decade of experience in building apps, brands, complex B2B platforms, design systems, and stellar teams.
With a background in art, communication design and information science, Nina worked for startups and grownups ranging from smart workflow automation, Industrial IoT, Fintech, Insurtech, consumer electronics, e-commerce and Web3.
She positions herself as a coach, sparring partner, and change agent who empowers design teams to deliver on impactful strategic outcomes, while supporting individual design talents to flourish and belong.
Nina is a co-founder and organizer
at Led by Design., a Berlin-based community dedicated to design operations and leadership.
Through her work, public speaking, and community engagement she advocates for design with capital D and its crucial role in fostering cultures of innovation and collaboration within organizations and beyond.
